Every book we ship is backed by a 30-day guarantee. If your order does not land the way you hoped, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery. Please read through the steps below before starting a return.

Starting a Return

Write to us at support@mensaved.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the correct return address. Do not ship anything back until you have that address from us, since packages sent elsewhere cannot be processed.

Conditions

• Returns must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The book must come back in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not supply prepaid labels.
• Once the return reaches us, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
